Food Guide for Kids ages 6 to 12
We understand that good nutrition begins with early learning about the food choices that surround us and how those choices can help our bodies grow healthy and strong. We feel it is important to learn healthy eating habits at a young age. To support that learning initiative we offer a children's guide to nutrition that can be used by parents or in the classroom. It includes educational games for children to play as well as a "worksheet" they can use when they dine at our restaurants.
